Returns

30 days return policy.

 

If you would like to return your item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. If this requirement is not met, we will no longer be able to accept your return and refund you.

 

To be eligible to make a return claim, the item must be:

- Purchased within the last 30 days

- Unused

- In the same condition as received 

- In the original packaging

 

If your item meets all the criteria stated above, please proceed by sending us an e-mail at info@barkshopatelier.com or click here. We will then give you the return to address and help you as much as we can with the return process.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will then send you an e-mail notifying you of the approval of the item and proceed with the refund right away. Refunds will only be issued once the item is returned back to us. No exceptions!

 

Refunds are processed as soon as the item is received and approved. Bank processing time can be anywhere from 1-3 business days. 

 

Please, do NOT return any items without contacting us first. Return label to be paid by the buyer.

 

Clearance/On sale items - All sales are final. No returns.
